Brad Paisley H20 Tour

As some of you may know, I'm a HUGE lover of country music. I'm also one of Brad Paisleys BIGGEST fans and absolutely had to attend his H20 show at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. I already saw him once a couple summers ago but this concert def. topped the last. Steel Magnolia, Easton Corbin, Justin Moore, and Darius Rucker opened up for him and it was by far my favorite concert of the Summer. Not only did I get some great shots but I also got to meet Darius Rucker! (Thanks to 103.7 WSOC)

Carolina Beach Sunrise

It's 10:00 pm on a Saturday night and instead of being out enjoying my night off, i'm babysitting! I took a little trip to Victoria Secret today and my credit card could now use some money thrown its way. Hence, the babysitting. However, this does give me a chance to catch up on my blog and share some photos i've taken over the past couple weeks.   I shot these photographs at sunrise while vacationing at Carolina Beach in Wilmington, NC. Ballantyne Village

It's amazing how the exploration of a new place to shoot can completely turn my day around. I was having the worst morning until I left the house and quickly realized how awesome Ballantyne Village in Ballantyne, NC is to photograph. The buildings are not only architectually beautiful but also make for some really fun photos. I also stopped by Blakeney Shopping Center off of Rea Rd. If you haven't been by either one of these places, they're great to spend the day shopping and grabbing some lunch or dinner! :)

Fridays at the Factory: True Religion Brand Jeans Fashion Show

As some of you may know, the NC Music Factory has an event every Friday called "Fridays at the Factory" from 5pm-11pm. The Music Factory transforms their courtyard into a tropical "Miami" like atmosphere complete with Outdoor Cabanas/Day Beds, Beer & Cocktails, Sushi served by NIKKO, and live music/bands. It really is an awesome event, and something you should def check out if you haven't already. The first week, we had a True Religion Brand Jeans Fashion Show and it was very exciting to shoot/watch. There's just something about the vibe you get from fashion shows and the energy you feel from the models and the music they strut to. It was my first time shooting one, and I really really enjoyed it!
