Thanks to an awesome friend, I was fortunate enough to get tickets to see Garth Brooks in Nashville, TN back in December. The country superstar played nine shows in over six days to raise money for the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. The concerts helped with the ongoing relief from the flood that devastated Nashville back in May. A film crew filmed the concert and it was broadcasted to troops serving overseas in a one hour special. It was hands down the best concert I've ever attended and truly one to remember!
The concert helped raised over 5 million dollars towards the flood relief.
